Disappointing

Repetitive throughout. Yes grief is hard, everyone knows that!
I was hoping for a book that would give practical step by step advice on how to support people through grief.
This book had lots of quotes and footnotes. The first few chapters seemed to by about the author.

Sadly I can not recommend it
