Good and simple

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook.
Combination of simple exercises which could be used on daily basis… I really want to implement them into my daily routine. And then I would be able to comment on their usefulness and effectiveness. So far it’s looking good….
But - and it’s not about content of this audiobook - I can’t comprehend why chapters in this book don’t have names in book menu (?) and it would be so helpful if I could select exercises from there ! This audiobook is Audible production and I wonder what’s producers were doing because clearly they missed opportunity to create 5 star product.

Everyone should have this.

if you want to benefit from having your own personal guide to unwind at the end of a long day, get this. I've favourited it and really appreciate it as a tool.

Would recommend

Easy listening and good that it is in sections, if you’re short on time. Breathing exercises are relaxing and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this audiobook

Soothing and the right length.

I have used the sleep breathing exercises to relax at bedtime and find them just the right length. Lexie’s voice is so soft and soothing and just right for relaxation.

Practice makes perfect

Decided to listen to the whole audible first and then go back to specific exercises in sections.
Great to have the bookmarks to easily access different areas I want to focus on at a given time. Exercises are easy to follow and as it is audio you can rewind and keep doing them over and over again with the coach… yes, that is what I have been doing!
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent!

A fantastic and easy to follow podcast with some great advice. I particularly liked the breathing techniques that offer the listener simple techniques that really work.
I found the readers voices very calming, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!

Good,Not Great

Mainly aimed at athletes,followed by office workers.
No chapter titles
Narrator is not good,especially for leading relaxation exercises,their voice is not relaxing,changing speed throws off the breathing exercises,if you can't keep up,no suggestions are made so it tailors you.
Quite a bit of visualization,so not aphantasia friendly
Technical names for exercises is hardly given,so finding an exercise led by a different (say, in a podcast/YouTube) & better narrator will be difficult.
Not passionate about sports, then no alternative is given for certain practices

Great de-stressing exercises - would recommend!

Really enjoyed this podcast. Friendly, knowledgeable advice with useful de-stressing / focusing techniques that anyone can utilise. Some interesting statistics in there as well!

Useful tips and easy to listen to

Found this an easy listen. Useful tips that are easy to implement. Narrators are easy to follow and offer good advice throughout. Probably not quite as life changing as I hoped but worth a listen

Perfect to power down to!

When life is hectic this is the perfect antidote to literally helping you get your breath.
You can listen back to back or dip in and out based on what you need. It is definitely bed time listening for me.
I’d get this for anyone who needs to relax, rest and revive.
