narration made it difficult for me to enjoy it, and I didn't really care what happened in the end. was an ok story and listen, but i couldn't connect to the characters.

Pretend Girlfriend is an excellent listen, possibly because the narration is so good ! How often is an audiobook spoilt or reduced because of the narration, well it's great to hear 'these two' raising the narration bar !
The description of the travels transport you to the lovely places Celeste and Lane visit.

The pretend girlfriend story had enough originality in it to make it a fun story. The narrator for Lane’s character, while good, didn’t really fit with this novel.

It was a sweet romance, beautifully written and I liked both characters very much. The narrators were also great. I enjoyed reading it.

I’ve read this on Kindle and really enjoyed the story, so looked forward to the audio version. Unfortunately, the narration is poor. Angry tone used when it definitely shouldn’t be. Really disappointing as the story itself is decent. Turning off now!

Got it because it was an included title and quite a short listen. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the two voice performance was very good .

I needed a quick listen, so chose this as it's quite short and it's leaving the plus catalogue in a few hours. I definitely zoned out halfway and couldn't be bothered to rewind. Not a fan of Lane's narrator, it feels like she's in the wrong genre - she should be doing crime novels as a gritty detective or criminal. I guess I'm being nice by rounding up the rating to 3. Story seems very rushed. I do like Celeste's narrator, she's the only reason why the performance is rated 3.
