A good read
I enjoyed this mostly because it's written by someone with genuine experience and not compiled by someone just pulling info off the internet to make money.
there's also info about reiki and healing. it covers a lot of ground.

Good insight but a shame about the robotic voice
Don't get me wrong, this book seems like its full of great insight and advice for beginners but the narration is too painful to listen to. The robotic voice has really let this down as an audiobook and I just can't bring myself to listen to the end.

An excellent book
The book is excellent it is full of very informative methods and information, the only thing that lets it down is the narrator which sounds almost robotic in places and not very engaged with the material.

Good foundational info but odd reader
This was a decent book for beginners, which I found useful in some ways, but it included some things I found strange (I must need a more open mind) and missed some things I had good it would cover.
The person reading the book consistently mispronounced words like causal, peripheral and telepathy and often sounded like she didn't understand what she was saying.
I've found podcasts on the topic more useful.

used alot of old terminology
wasn't easy to follow even though it was directed to beginners
the chapters were also confusing
this is more of an advanced book I wouldstart off with something simple if you're just starting out

Introduction to psychic development
This book is a good introduction to psychic development for beginners. I think this would be better as a physical book. I listened to the audio version and found it difficult to understand in places. There was a few titbits but there was a lot of information that I already knew so I think this is more for people who are literally just starting out. Overall it’s not bad but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I had hoped I would.

couldn't listen to it, such a robotic voice,
Gave up, it's narrated so poorly just like a robot talking and I couldn't listen to more than a few minutes
