The narrators are crystal clear and have easy voices to listen to. I preferred the male narrator but that’s a personal preference. You get a free PDF of the book to follow on with the recipes that are in the back of the book. It is all thoughtfully produced.

The recipes resources at the back of the book are a bonus, and they seem look yummy and easy to make. I see there is a free PDF of the book if you want to look at the many photos. The nutritional guide gave me the confidence to start eliminating meat and exploring veganism in a safe way and at my own pace.
I would recommend this book to anyone thinking of changing their lifestyle to a healthier one and one that is gentler on the planet.
