I really appreciate this book. I have reached, let's call it, a "certain stage of life" where I am experiencing way too much pain in my body and it is impacting the quality of my life. Fortunately, this book provides real help as I have been willing to try just about anything to get some relief. The tapping techniques are surprisingly a tremendous help. The truth is, they are not hard, don't take very long to do, and you can do them every day. I would definitely try this book if you have body aches and pains like me, it just might help.
