Valuable beginners resource
Residential real estate investing can be a minefield, and it pays to know which pitfalls to look out for and avoid. This book isn't a get rich quick in real estate book, it's quite the opposite. It lays out a practical, long term (emphasis on long term) plan for building up a great income stream in real estate. The chapter on the different types of loan options available was especially useful because this helps you best manage your cashflow and gives you an accurate picture of just what kind of initial outlay you should expect.
Highly recommend!

All you need to know
When investing in real estate you may be under the impression that it is as simple as finding a nice house putting in an offer and getting any tenant in. There is a lot more to know than that and this book goes into detail about everything you need to understand fully when beginning to invest in a rental property including how to get the right tenant and the right price.

A great guide for beginners
this book provides some great information on real estate investing for beginners. As someone who is not too familiar with the property market, I feel like I have learned a lot. As opposed to many books that try to provide short term gains, this audiobook offers some excellent advice and guidance for thinking about the long term. Personally, I thought that the chapter about financial strategy and loan options was incredibly informative. Highly recommended!

Super helpful
I’ve never actually invested in real estate, but I’ve been gathering more and more info on it in recent months. I’d add this one to the list of “super helpful” sources on the subject. It lays out comprehensive strategies for accruing passive income and gaining financial freedom through real estate investing, and it does so in a straightforward, easy-to-understand fashion.
It also helps the listener overcome psychological blocks and fears that are preventing him / her from getting in the real estate game from the get-go. Overall, I think it’s a very helpful listen that anyone interested in the subject should consider checking out.
