There are better books on this subject
This would be good for anyone early on in their RA journey or someone who had a passing interest but it was pretty light on real dietary guidelines

Probably shouldn't have used my credit on this
Although the audiobook is titled 'Rheumatoid Arthritis Diet' it spends far too long talking about general arthritis. When it does finally talk about the rheumatoid arthritis diet it talks about specific recipes, rather then the overall do's & don't of what to eat and what not to eat. There's definitely some useful information in there, and some stuff can be learned from acquiring this book, but personally I feel disappointed, I think the title lead me to believe that I was getting something different.
