Very limited point of view
For starters, it would be nice to know that the book is directed exclusively to men. I wouldn't waste money on listening about alpha male traits or how too high level of estrogen in man's body can be hurtful.
The spiritual talk also wasn't much helpful, I learnt more listening to podcast than to this book that was supposed be written by someone who had experience in meditation and learning about himself and his mind. For me, stereotypical and limited point of view of the author. Not worth the time or money.
