Love this positive book!
What a relaxing state this audiobook put me in. The music and narrator’s voice is so tranquil. I’ve often thought about selling-hypnosis in regards to personal health but never gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did! There are tons of positive affirmations revolving around weight loss journey. It’s just so helpful to have positive words associated with weight. Well done!

Wonderful Meditation Audio
This was so relaxing and soothing and not what I expected. It was better. Everyone that has ever dieted and followed plan after plan with success until they had a slip and made a wrong choice then gave up feeling like they failed needs this. The mindfulness affirmations around taking care of your body and making the right choices were so peaceful and on point. There wasn't a lot of fluff; it was to the point. This is short enough that I could listen to it every evening as I go to bed to help rest my thinking.

Just what I needed!
I found this meditation very relaxing and motivational, and I am sure to listen to it weekly. I found that listening to this meditation has instilled healthy habits into my conciseness, and I find that I give into temptation much less as a result. The narration is excellent, as I found it soothing, and I was able to gently process every word and gained a great sense of self-reflection. There are many affirmations that reached out to me, but one in particular that resonated the most was “Let go of thoughts and behaviors that do not serve you.” I found this very powerful. Overall, great audiobook for all those struggling with their weight loss journey.

Motivating

Compelling
Most of us know what it is like to want to lose weight but to find your habits and desires so against weight loss. We know what it is like to try and give up before we see any results. This book gives you an approach that acknowledges that mental challenges(mindset) are often the biggest hindrance to weight loss. I started practicing this and I am excited to say that I have been consistent for a week now. I am looking forward to see what it will be like in a month.
