Got this set for my grandparents who’ve been looking for ways to be more active. Both of them are relatively high on the “fall risk” scale. Pilates moves tailored for support with a wall, and yoga moves tailored for support with a chair is PERFECT for seniors who are a fall risk. I listened through the whole thing to make sure it would be useful to them and practical. It 100% is. Very grateful for this set. Despite many of the moves needing diagrams, the moves are well narrated and it feels like a fitness coach guiding you through the moves. I also REALLY appreciated the free demo videos and the accompanying PDF. Aways appreciate extra resources when they're provided. Received this title for free, and definitely would have bought it with my own money!

I bought this for my mother-in-law after she mentioned wanting to stay flexible and active at home. She started doing the chair yoga in the mornings and the wall pilates a few times a week. This audiobook set audiobook does great job at explaining the many benefits that Chair Yoga and Pilates play on your health. As I was listening to it and engaging with it, I felt as if I was being guided by a coach. The mentioning of the specific types of foods we should eat as we age and exercise is a information. I like that the set in divided into a 30 day yoga plan and a 28 pilates plan; although the narrator explains each exercise with detail, I accessed the video for each exercise and makes a difference in me engaging with the material more. The quotes used in the audio connect with each chapter's message well. This book in now one of my personal health plan routines.
