About this listen
The brand new thriller in the Sunday Times best-selling series
As it often did since he'd married a cop, murder interrupted more pleasant activities. The again, Roarke supposed, the woman lying in a pool of her own blood a few steps inside the arch in Washington Square Park had a heftier complaint.
When a night out at the theatre is interrupted by the murder of a young woman in Washington Square Park, it seems like an ordinary case for Detective Eve Dallas and her team. But when Roarke spots a shadow from his past in the crowd, Eve realises that this case is far from business as usual.
Eve has two complex cases on her hands - the shocking murder of this wealthy young mother and tracking down the shadow before he can strike again, this time much closer to home. Eve is well used to being the hunter, but how will she cope when the tables are turned? As Eve and the team follow leads to Roarke's hometown in Ireland, the race is on to stop the shadow making his next move....

A good book
I love Eve and her hubby. I this a look in Roauke past. This time the bad guy is after Roauke and the Police show him. He is one of them. this is the 5th time I have listen to this. I recommend to anyone to buy this book. you would thank me at the end. You can read this on it's own if you have not read about Eve before.

Another great 'In Death' book
Great story (as usual) Good to see the whole team working together on this case as well as the family from Ireland playing a part.
Good narration by Susan Ericksen.

Great story if you get all of it!
Unfortunately, this production of an excellent story in the series is completely marred by the substandard editing. Two chapters (9 & 13) are only a few minutes long! This isn’t James Patterson for crying out loud! And the absences were in key points of story! This is a real letdown. Not only to the customers, but also to Ms Robert’s legacy! This isn’t how her book should be presented! It’s substandard!!!
I shall be returning this, as it isn’t what I paid for! I hope that they rectify it, so that I can buy it again.
The performance is as spectacular as ever! Thank you, Susan.

Another thrilling read
Suspense as only Nora Roberts can weave. Love the dynamics of Eve and Roarke and having his family in Ireland with the family of cops was wonderful. As always Susan Ericsson weaves a magical tale
