Summary
Being an avid online gamer, Afric O’ Connor loves a challenge. Helping Neil Durant reveal himself to the girl he’s been catfishing makes for the perfect sidequest. Besides, it’s not like she isn’t getting something in return. Neil has a head for numbers, and Afric’s finances are a mess. It’s the perfect exchange. She assists him with his love life, and he sorts out her accounts.
As they spend more time together, the arrangement becomes less simple. Afric soon realizes that the girl Neil’s been trying so hard to win over might not deserve him. And the buttoned-up, bespectacled personal assistant she once considered a sidequest has somehow become her main objective.

Enjoyable book
I enjoyed listening to this. It’s good to have a book with some normal characters for a change (people in typical jobs, rather than a sports star or a multi-million pound business CEO).

Loved it!
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this audio. I loved the story when I read it on Kindle in the summer, and I loved the performances by Will and KC. I thought they brought the characters to life brilliantly and had me chuckling often. Both narrators' voices really fit how I thought the characters would sound - larger-than-life Afric and uptight, earnest Neil. So good!!
This story was sweet, funny, sexy and heart-melting!

I love this story
I have a passion for enemies to lovers and I love this story. It’s more like a slow burn with scorching attraction and a couple going from enemies to best friends. But something special is brewing under the surface.
Afric is so outspoken and unapologetic it’s a blast. She left a shocking first impression on poor stuck up Neil. A gamer with expensive taste in clothing and no economic sense. They probably wouldn’t have met again if they didn’t have a mutual friend. He’s a very organized guy and so prim and proper.
As it turns out they both are in need of a favor and slowly grow close and start getting feelings for each other. In some ways they are perfect for each other. The way they bring out the best in each other, support and defend is perfection. I devoured this book and now I want more. The narrators are doing a wonderful job, and I could listen to them all day and all night for the rest of my life. It's like velvet in my ear.

So good!
Afric and Neil are complete opposites. She is a quirky, free spirited gamer, and he is a straight laced assistant. But they say opposites attract for a reason!! I loved every second of their journey and it was so great to see their relationship develop and evolve into something neither of them expected. Sidequest For Love is a sweet, funny romance, with just the right amount of heat, I really couldn't have asked for more!
The two narrators did an amazing job bringing Afric and Neil's story to life!

perfect narrators for this book
K.C Sheridan and Will M. Watt did an amazing job bringing Afric and Neil's story to life.
I love the quirky and sassy Afric and the more down to earth and almost nerdy Neil.
