About this listen
Nothing remains buried forever....
When the bodies of two teenage girls are discovered on a building site, DCI Whitney Walker knows she's on the hunt for a killer. The problem is the murders happened in 1980 and this is her first case with the new team. What makes it even tougher is that with budgetary restrictions in place, she only has two weeks to solve it.
Once again, she enlists the help of forensic psychologist Dr. Georgina Cavendish, but as she digs deeper into the past, she uncovers hidden truths that hurtle through the decades and into the present.

Enjoyable short story. And it is short.
Another great story enhanced by Clare Corbett's fantastic narration. My only gripe, with no apologies for noting it every time I review this series, is the poor value for money. The average read time of my other favourite authors is around 11hrs plus so these are to me ' short stories' particularly as almost 30 mins of the 'run time' is a preview of the next book!!!

Why am I so tired every day?
Could it have something to do with listening to these great books by Sally Rigby well into the early hours?
Silent Graves just finished (4am) and I loved it. Now for book 10!!!

Another great Sally Rigby novel.
I'm loving this series! If you are a fan you won't be disappointed. The story was enjoyable, and the characterisation is fantastic. Excellent narration from Clare Corbett as ever, too. I'm really looking forward to seeing how book 10 continues.

Amazing
I’m absolutely loving these books but it’s costing a lot of money as I can’t wait a month till my next credit if I did it would take me over a year to hear the whole series….why can’t you get added more credits for being a loyal customer? I will have to wait for the last three books now as so broke just keeping warm…

Repetitive narrative
The stories are fine, enjoyed them but how many times do we need to hear about Tiffany being saved by George, and Whitney's family being in care homes. !!!

Enjoyable but not believable
Think the references to work expected and disgracing staff who want a night off are really dated, out of touch with modern practices. Likeable characters on the whole but lots of repeated narrative in quite churned our series.

Loved this latest installment
Really enjoyed the different kind of case that Cavendish & Walker were investigating this time, and everyone getting to grips with a new team and building. Excellent characterisation by the wonderful Clare Corbett as always.
