Good narration, it's expressive and funny in parts. The levity is a welcome break from the serious nature of the book.

Admittedly listening and applying the concepts and reflecting was difficult but worthwhile.

I suffered my own loss of confidence and doubt, shortly before this book came out. Listening to it made me go over what I'd been through and realise there was a light at the end of the tunnel, I just had to get there.

Some useful information and perspective. The chapter on the meaning of life being legacy and everything else is 'masterbation' was a bit of a miss step in an otherwise solid book.

The narrator is just awful, she ruined the book. So so so bad. She uses this high pitch voice when reading a quote that sounds like making fun of the dialog.

Couldn't really focus on the content since the narrator is just awful.
