Answers to the questions no one explains!
I have always been curious about how people figure out what things are worth whether it was antiques, collectibles, and even businesses. This audiobook finally broke it all down in a way that made sense to me. The narrator kept me engaged, and the real-world examples felt relatable as opposed to some dry lecture.
What I loved the most was how practical it was. It is not just theory; this is something you can apply immediately. If you have ever wondered how value is determined beyond just what someone is willing to pay, this is worth a listen. Wish I had this years ago!

Great audiobook about Appraisers Estimate value
This audiobook is great for finally learning how to estimate the value of properties. It is short and right to the point with the tools you need to estimate value. Some of the lessons learned are the cost approach, sales comparison approach, and the income approach. If you need help estimating value of properties, this audiobook is for you.

Helped Me Understand Value
I’ve always been curious about how appraisers determine what things are worth, especially after inheriting some antiques. This book broke it down in a way that made sense without being overwhelming. Short but helpful
My wife works in the mortgage industry, she deals with appraisals a lot. I bought this short (23 minute) audiobook in order to get a quick, clear explanation of the different methods appraisers use to determine value. It’s short but it's packed with useful info. If you’re in real estate or just want to understand how property values are calculated, this is a great starting point.

informative!
I never gave much thought to how home values were determined until I had to deal with an appraiser myself. I assumed it was just comparing similar houses and coming up with a number. But there’s actually a whole system behind it, different methods depending on whether it’s based on cost, income, or sales comparisons. This audiobook is short but informative. If you’re buying, selling, or just want to understand the process better, it helps you ask the right questions instead of just accepting the appraisal without knowing what goes into it.
