A Great Way to Relax!

Simple, Effective, and Surprisingly Relaxing!

Best form of Self love

As a yoga teacher, I will definitely incorporate many of these self care moves in my classes. I found this book to be such a great form of self love because of the mind body connection exercises that are easy to do for anyone, anywhere and anytime. It teaches you to slow down and really tune into what your body is saying it needs. We often neglect our bodies yet we put them through so much distress. I highly recommend this book if you're looking to tune into yourself and feel your best.

I Needed This Information!

Martina covers in an easy-to-understand style every area that I seek to improve. I appreciate the accompanying PDF for easy reference and photos of the exercises. "Somatic" has been a relatively new term to me, and I now better understand the body-mind connection in reducing stress and anxiety. Helping my husband post surgery

Great for anyone dealing with tension

I listened to this audiobook after months of shoulder pain from sitting at my my desk all day and I have already noticed less tension and have even slept much better.
I loved how it included nutrition and mindfulness and finally realised that all of them work together - the mindfulness approach to the exercises, in particular, really worked for me during busy workdays when dealing with "too much to do"it. The nutrition section complemented the physical exercises well and I have now figured out how to implement small dietary changes alongside the movements.
Most of all, the real photos in the PDF made a huge difference - I could see exactly how to position my body and what I should be doing and the exercises fit easily into my morning routine. Perfect for anyone dealing with work-related tension (and any other type!).
