Relatable journey with practical tips
Listening to the book reminded me that overcoming stage fright is perfectly doable, something that our rational mind acknowledges but our lizard brain is deathly afraid of. You don’t need groundbreaking tips, but a roadmap with clear steps, which is exactly what the book provides.

I tried it at my salary negotiation, and it worked
This book gives easy to apply, practical tips on public speaking. However, I was able to use the suggestions for a recent interview at work.
I requested a meeting with my boss to conduct a salary negotiation and figured that this type of meeting is really a presentation of my own skills.
Having recently finished this book these suggestions within were top of mind and and I applied them during this interview.
I used mental rehearsal and relaxation techniques as suggested and got a couple of extra thousand salary!

Information that's engaging to listen to!
I've had my share of reading information on the subject but they seem do have the similar academic tone. Not with this title. Not only was the information provided in great detail. Was looking for a good audiobook to help with Publish Speaking and I was able to listen without losing attention, and for me, that means a lot. Got me engaged from the get-go. Recommended listen for learning how to deal with your Public Speaking fears and anxiety.

A very detailed guide to ridding your fears
I've always suffered from stage fright or massive nerves before giving a speech - like at a recent wedding and also giving sales presentations at work to senior management.
Thankfully, this author guides the listener in all aspects of fears and how to outcome them - step by step. Well worth the three hours! I fully recommend!
