Brilliant parallel story!

I listened to this start to finish. I love the parallel stories that meet a few times along the way until the stories climax.

SPOILER ALERT
The author has clearly taken inspiration from Dennis Nelson or Jeffery Dalmer for the killer.

The twists that accured so frequently further in the book, sunch an unique way to read a story

I really liked the twists and the book overall, the only thing that could have been better is that it took quite a long time for the story to really start

Fantastic story, well read and very well written. Compelling. Thoroughly recommend, and not just for teenagers.

Felt it was better to be read than listened too.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes, although I read some of it too and it was laid out in a better way and it is more obviouse to tell one character from another.

If you’ve listened to books by Robert Swindells before, how does this one compare?

Never listened, but have read some of his books and it is in a similar style.

Great insight into street life.

I felt like I was on the roller coaster with Link, and Ginger and think that it was written well on their side. The story of shelter however wasn’t as good for me, it felt like two different authors had written it. Good little short story though, sadly based no doubt on true events
