Realistic, easy to listen to, highly engaging

I found this audio book realistic and hard not to listen to. It was easy to understand. I could relate too so many parts. What I liked the most was that it was factual and did not take away that life is not easy, Yo have to think of course, but it demonstrates on how to change your way of thinking. In doing so, you stop overthinking. I have already started making some changes and it is helping. 😊

Really helped me discover things about myself

Worth a listen whether you are in a good or bad place. If you have mental struggles, anxiety, overthinking or all three. It gives ideas and helpful tips. Also confirmation you are not the only one out there experiencing thought provoking issues. I will definitely be listening to this again in future 👏

A great summary of techniques

I didn’t learn anything new myself and had heard most of the techniques before. But I could see how it would be useful for someone who didn’t as they would all be in one reference guide. Not sure I agree with avoiding all stressful things if you can- otherwise you will just live within self imposed limits.
