Summary
Have you ever walked into a messy room and not known where to start? This is how the mind is operating more often than not when some suffer from procrastination. A debilitating loop has been created in the unconscious brain.

A Wonderful Introduction to the Power of Hypnosis
I would never have considered myself hypnotised or ever dreamed of doing something so silly and ridiculous as being 'put under'. "Look into my eyes, my eyes, not around the eyes" ...all I could imagine is the crazy hypnotist from the TV Comedy 'Little Britain' attempting to make me do stupid things and then saying, "1-2-3 and you're back in the room." The only reason why I purchased this book in the first place was, 1) I bought a personal development audiobook from the same author about being a Powerfully Confident Man and I consider it one of the best pieces of material in my library; 2) I was considering joining the author's VIP Membership programme and wanted to test the water with hypnosis first to see what experience I would have with it. Well, to say I was sceptical was an understatement. I was counting on Audible's no quibbles refund policy should the inevitable happen. What I have learned about personal development books, is to distinguish between the authors who are truly enlightened with a meaningful message to share from those who are just riding a wave of popular psychology quacking about generic concepts that they don't understand and telling anecdotal stories that can at best be entertaining (at worst boring) that can leave the reader accomplished at finishing a book, but beyond that, unmoved (unmotivated) and to all intents and purposes: unchanged. The difference with Craig Beck is his seemingly effortless authenticity and (if you're lucky enough to have the audiobook) his deep, warming, reassuring and charismatic voice. It is the fearless voice of an alpha strong leader, without doubt of a father figure and if he was cast in an epic drama, you can easily accept his as the voice of God. This being said, you can imagine that Craig Beck is remarkably easy to listen to. I felt myself relaxing and drifting off as instructed. I remember feeling calm, and safe ...relaxed, at piece, drifting off... after that I don't remember much else. I woke up later as if I had taken a nap. Did I just relax and fall asleep to soothing sounds? Was I actually hypnotised? Was I subliminally programmed? Does this stuff work? ...all I can say is that so far it feels right. I have a positive attitude towards this, hence I'm writing a review (something I rarely do)... haha, maybe I was programmed by the author to write this! I would recommend you give this product and experience a try. I've certainly lost nothing (what's a couple bucks versus a potentially rewarding investment) and I've gained at best a subliminal way to programme my subconscious mind that could potentially 'Manifest Magic' ...at worst, a pleasant way to nod off to a voice that is a 'Fragment of God'.

More of the same
Craig Beck is a very good hypnotist. He has a soothing voice, and I find it easy to relax when listening to him, so if you haven't played his recordings before, I would recommend him.
The problem with this recording is that the vast majority of it is exactly the same as his other ones. Relaxation to start (which is effective) then the visualisation - walking down a hill to a fruit grove, then a message from a tree (which I find a step too far). There is only a couple of minutes about procrastination, and the rest is pretty much word for word from his other downloads.
This is a shame, as I was looking forward to a change from the fruit grove and the magic tree, and had mentally switched off before the relevant bit started, as I was bored with listening to it all again. Another niggle (although you can start listening at chapter 3) is that yet again you have to listen to about 10 minutes of advertising before the track starts.
