Chuck Swindoll gives excellent scriptural insight and application along with wise pastoral counsel on a wide range of issues Christians face.
He shows how the Word of God is timeless and limitless in its wisdom as he brings its teaching to bear on subjects such as priorities, purity, money, missions, leisure and family, encouragement and attitude, and more. There are plenty of illustrations and autobiographical anecdotes along the way to maintain interest. If we all imbibed this teaching the world would be a better place, because, as he says in one of his illustrations, if you fix the man, you fix the world.
