Summary

When a wealthy client visits Mathilde’s dressmaking shop, she finds herself drawn into the only surviving circle of luxury left in a barren London. Excellent story from a brilliant author

Rebecca captures both the beauty and the loss of a remarkably well conceived world. An great post apocalyptic novel with an unusually beautiful heart
