About this listen

New World. New System. Same old Necromancer.

After fulfilling the duty all Arch Necromancers are tasked with, the last thing Sylver Sezari expected was to be reborn. He was usually the one reanimating dead things, after all. How ironic.

But reborn he was.

And after crawling his way back into the land of the living, he finds himself in a strange land, a strange time, and with a strange floating screen in front of his new face.

Either through plan or chance, he’s alive again, and planning to enjoy himself to his heart's content.

Don't miss this LitRPG adventure about a reincarnated Necromancer growing in power and finding his way in a new world where the rules have changed vastly since he last "lived."

About the series: With equal parts humor and dark sorcery action, expect loads of skill progression, deep worldbuilding, and unforgettable characters in this story which had nearly 10 million views on Royal Road. Now completely revised and re-edited for Kindle & Audible.

Awful MC!!!

To start with i really did try to like this series, the narrator is great and the flow of the story is decent but thats as far as my praise can go sadly. Now onto the reason for the low review is because the MC sylva is so awful that he pulls down the story completly, He is sold as a kind of antihero who wants to keep his friends and family safe after his last one was killed off by a so far unknown traitor which is a great theme and setting to kick off alot of amazinf stories which by the 3rd book this really wasnt.

Instead we have a hero who is only a hero if he lived in a twisted reality where morals are decided by who is most powerful. Often he solves his situations by just out and out torturing, murdering or in some cases just being a complete monster to whoever he wants because you know he can. One moment the mc is giving a huge explination of why somthing is evil and wrong the next he is doing the thing he killed others for and its alright because its him?

Overall an ok story let down by awful moral choices leaving you wondering who was the good guy.

87 hours of poorly read and smug-overload

Yo, Garrett, swallow a chill pill man. You sound like a pretentious first year college student over-acting the last drop of life out of Shakespeare in the park 3 weeks after starting his English lit class.

Anyway, on to the story. Do you want to sit through 87 hours of poorly read dialogue about how amazing I, the MC am? How laughably overpowered I am? How this "system" is so silly because I'm already a super powered necromancer? Did I mention I am fantastic?

The world certainly thinks I'm fantastic, behold as all I meet fawn over me as if they had NO lives, wills or thoughts of their own save "Oh my god Sylver you're so amazing please, I met you five minutes ago but you're already the most important thing in my life because I'm a shallow paper-cut-out of a character with no true motivations, life or background - I literally exist only to pander to your oh so humble ego"

The author must be utterly insufferable in real life.
