This probably happens all the time...right? Tell me I'm not alone in my stupidity - that I'm not the only woman who would fall for gorgeous blue eyes and a sexy devilish smirk, even if they belong to a broody, mysterious jerk.

For the love of everything, I need all the supportive girl power I can get if I'm going to convince Luca Weaver to come back to Hollywood - otherwise known as the place he hates so much that he ghosted Oscar-level success and escaped to no-man's-land for the last eight years just to avoid it.

Well it turns out he’s not a bad boy at all. A better title would be ‘self-involved woman drags hot guy out of his self imposed isolation, to further her career’. I found it hard to get past her over developed sense of privilege, but the narrator’s were great, the writing is good (even if I did struggle with the plot and flawed characters) and we all love a hea.

Just read or listen to it already. I could give you another brief synopsis but it would take away the magic of you discovering the flow of a wonderful story. Max Monroe just gets better n better. Excellent narrators.

The only comment I can make is that l disliked the fact that the story had to end! Apart from the fact that the interaction between Billie and Luca was hilarious 🤣. I would recommend everyone who needs a little fun in their busy lives to listen to this fun read👏.
