Solid Advice for Navigating Tough Teen Years
This audiobook does a good job of breaking down the emotional chaos that comes with being a teenager. It felt relatable and didn’t talk down to its audience, which I think is really important. The tips for handling stress and mood swings were simple but effective—I could see how they’d actually work in real situations. I also appreciated how it addressed relationships and not just personal emotions. It’s definitely a helpful guide for teens and even the people supporting them.
