About this listen
Wrong thinking produces wrong emotions, wrong reactions, wrong behavior - and unhappiness! Learning to deal with your thoughts is the first step on the road to healthy thinking. How to handle one's thoughts properly is what this book is all about! It explains the life-changing method the authors call misbelief therapy, and it can work for you.
©2010 Bethany House (P)2010 Bethany HouseThe recording is poor and Wm Backus's voice is sometimes too loud and, to me, very annoying. The content is very good but, compared with the book, very, very short. Perhaps it is a good introduction to the book.
I cannot recommend it. I think Audible should make it clear that it is NOT an audio version of the book. The quality of the recording and voice is so annoying that I could not listen again.
Good message - awful sound!
