Another Fitzgerald novel that I thought I knew: my word, it’s intense!
To a person with ADD - who cannot focus on a printed page for very long - Audible is heaven-sent, especially when a novel is as nuanced as this:
I can’t praise the tone of the reading enough: but prospective readers should be aware that the novel is read ‘straight’, just as if you or I were reading it: in the hands of an Actor, the characters would all have different voices &, especially, accents:
So it’s to this reader’s credit that his rendition still carries a lot of emotion: I enjoyed the reading, & found it very calming to simply be able to listen to the beauty of the writing: I also feel that it might be appreciated by A-level English students…!

STRANGE!
