Think of how you'd be at work, at home, with those you love and those you don't. Think of all the things you'd do differently. Imagine yourself saying and thinking all those things, now, in detail.

Now, this is the important thing: You can feel this way right now. Yup. You can feel brave and confident and full of a sense of your own self-esteem right now, just as you are.

the exercises help

This was my second book I listened to in confidence and this one was really good as well because it had exercises that help you see your self worth and see that you're way more than you thought your were and that you can get to where you want to be. It gives you good mindsets and breaks down the negative thoughts you have.

worth the read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

Enjoyable

This is a short book that has a lot of fairly obvious things to say, and nothing here changed my life overnight but I have taken away some ideas and inspiration from it. The narrator has an adorable voice also.

gives you the steps to facilitate change

I think this is a great read for those who are just off-track in their lives; a great way to kind of evaluate your life as a whole. If you notice a lack of motivation and self-confidence, this book does a great job of giving you steps to facilitate that change.

Well written and thought-provoking. Not preachy, just informative and enlightening.

I'm going to do this challenge on repeat!

One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on :)

I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.

I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!
