Inspiring

I have been feeling stagnant for nearly 5 years. So I am excited to start. Didn't feel like cleaning at 6am this morning but I 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and started. I have overwhelmed but now I will looking at the small steps to move my mountain.

Real tools for real lives

Mel Robbins writes the most honest and open books I've ever read. Often self help stars pedal their rags to riches story and invite you to copy it in your own life. This is different. It describes very real and common issues and offers the most powerful tools to make it better. Not all the stories are complete and that's deliberate. In our lives, not every story is complete or ends like a Disney story. Mel's delivery is more than authentic and completely unedited. This is deliberate. Enjoy it. It's real.

Life changing...

I have to keep going back over this, but it truly is life changing, I am not doing every time but it makes me think so much more and I am becoming more aware of my bad habits.
The days I use it (which again are increasing) I get so much more done.
Truly a great way to change your habits, thank you Mel :)

Attempt anything with 5 sec rule, believe that you can do it.

Hi there my name is Dan Quay, I live in Shaftestbury in Dorset,u.k and the I bought this audio book because I was curious, I listen too Tony Robbins a lot for motivation and inspiration, when I listened to Mel Robbins for the first time, I am pleased that I listen ed, her strong voice has and story has also inspired me and I love the exercises, Going forward now as I have a hernia, a lump on my groin area, it's hard for me to get out bed, wash up, exercise push trolleys at work, or break dance or do anything, I use the 5 second rule to accomplish any goal that needs to accomplished.

by using the 5 second rule i find it easier now to contact more people and build my business for the future, as I found the courage, have more confidence now, I also believe that I'm worth more, our thoughts are ones own. So thanks Mel for sharing this..Buy this audio book..if have currently a nasty chesty cough or just getting over relationship 6 months ago, use the 5 second rule it will change help your life and now helps me make quicker descions..and you love the book and get a lot out of it.

Awesome

I loved this book. Its great for procrastinators, over thinkers and anyone who really just needs a new perspective and a tool to get up and do the things that are hard or that you have always wanted to do. Will definitely be recommending and listening to it again. I also loved that Mel narrated this herself.

This a amazing book that helps you focus on the now! I find myself in the moment more than I have ever been in my life. Please read this book the stories at the very end are inspirational to hear.

The kick in the ass I needed

Interesting book that has inspired me to get off my ass, complete my masters and stop overthinking life. No more snoozing, in the morning, or during the day!!! Time to start counting...backwards ofcourse!!!
