About this listen

In New York, literary agent Isabel Reed is turning the final pages of an anonymous manuscript. In Copenhagen, CIA operative Hayden Gray is suddenly staring down the barrel of a gun. And in Zurich, the author himself is hiding in a shadowy expat life.

Over the course of one long, perilous day, these lives collide as the book begins its dangerous march toward publication, placing everything at risk - and everyone in mortal peril.

"Bristling with suspense and elegantly crafted." (Patricia Cornwell)

I found the story very dull. The constant shifts between characters made it difficult to keep up with which character any particular part of the story related to. I gave up caring, guessed the main plot twist early on and only finished the book because I'd darn well paid for it.
