I don't know how old this content is, but the material regularly mentions "other side of the tape". I would have liked more up to date content as I do not think the content relates to current situations. The presentation is also very old and when providing lists each items is preceeded with what sounds like a clink on a glass. This can become rather irritating. I would not have purchased had I known this in advance. It may be of some use to those who have not had any communication training, but would recommend more recent material to anyone who is really interested in developing their skills in this subject matter.
