Effective communication is a very useful skill. It was interesting to learn to effectively communicate takes time and practice, but it can easily be done with enough devotion to your new skill. It is really necessary for each of us in building relationships with family members, colleagues, neighbors, and so on.

It was a pretty decent book about social skills that was well organized and an easy read. It explains topics like conversation and body language in practical, easy-to-apply lessons. Think of it like an owner's manual for your social life. I suggest taking notes while you're listening and writing stuff down because while the book is short, it's very dense and may take a while to digest.

This book is well structured, well explained, and contains lots of useful hints and tips. I found it a little "slow" to start with but it soon picked up, definitely worth taking time to read and will almost certainly help with you communication skills in some way.
