The book is full of practical advise on how to communicate mindfully. It is incredibly accessible. I wish I had heard/read this book years ago.

Difference in culture may shift this way of thinking. Like if I was to say, "ah! remember the cake in the fridge?" I would have probably got the look and likely thrown in the chokey 🤣

I found it more difficult to digest than other Thich Nhat Hanh audiobooks because the narrator sounds like a performer rather than a Buddhist. It’s still a very useful guide though and full of wisdom.
