About this listen

The word "minimalism" may have been tossed around a lot recently, especially in the environmentally friendly sphere. With increasing numbers of people moving towards minimalist lifestyles, the concept slowly began to sink into the forefront of our collective consciousness. Minimalism is about getting closer to what gives you pleasure. We are all aware that quality of life has nothing to do with consumer products, and that "substance" is not a measure of success. A minimalist life leads to freedom — freedom from debt, unrest, and the rat-race. Any excessive things, whether unused, unnecessarily purchased, or unfulfilling in nature that you remove will feel like a weight lifted from your shoulders.

This audiobook is perfect for individuals looking for information on how to train your brain to adapt to minimalism. It discusses how to keep yourself away from excessive stuff, what the psychology is of a minimalist lifestyle, real time case studies, examples of minimalists from different professions, how to manage and train your personality to live with needs rather than wants, tactics to stop overbuying, what the benefits of minimalism are and how it can enhance your self-esteem and confidence once you become fully minimalist. This book will help you to identify the potential areas of your life that can be minimalized and how you can achieve the life you’ve always desired.

In this book, you will learn:

  • Art of minimalism
  • Psychology of minimalism
  • Digital minimalism
  • Decluttering
  • Categories of minimalists
  • Minimalist lifestyles
  • Mindfulness exercises
  • Mental health and minimalism
  • Minimalists in different professions
  • Real time case studies
  • And much more

poorly edited & difficult to listen to

This book would have benefitted ftom editing grammar & structure. I found it difficult to listen to - felt like I was listening to a computer reading the text.
