The Beginner's Guides are informative and very interesting to listen to. If you have ever wanted to know what Wicca is all about, this is the book for you. A general and sometimes in depth description of the different facets of what Wicca is and does, this book is a great guide for anyone interested in practicing or just curious about the oldest religion of man. This is an excellent intoduction to Wicca and to earth-based religions in general.

I was interested in Wicca and thought this would be a good place to start.

The narrator has a strong American accent. As I'm not familiar with some of the terminology I couldn't catch some words even after replaying. Therefore alot of crucial information is missing through her accent.

At the start she pauses in odd places, so much so that I checked my iPod thinking there was a fault.

So, if you can understand her, I think it probably would earn 4 stars, but I'm sure there is a better audiobook out there than this one.
