It's a simple little listen which I was looking for. What I didn't like is that the narrator changes her voice when the character who speaks is a man. It sounds very silly to me and ruins the character I had in my head.

Very predictable with few surprises. Could have see her ex was shameless very early on. I had to rethink picking up this book for a week before I got to end. Was the bonus chapter worth the read?

The story was a bit predictable but still enjoyable. Narration was okay but did grate a little, especially when announcing chapters and attempting male voices. The opposing take of chapter 30 was so much better with a male narrator. Shame the rest of the character's voice was not narrated by the same person.

Really enjoyed this first time around but it was a while ago. Listened to the second book in the series recently and was reminded of some of these characters so I just had to listen again. Loved the people, the story and the narration. Definitely recommend it, 2 books in the series and both are standalone.
