Summary
For the first time ever in one collection, you can indulge in four sexy, feel-good standalones from #1 NYT Bestseller Lauren Blakely: an office romance, a friends-to-lovers romance, a second-chance romance and an enemies-to-lovers romance! Performed by Andi Arndt, Jason Clarke & Emma Wilder, with special appearances from Erin Mallon, Shane East, Zachary Webber, Julia Whelan & Sebastian York!
ASKING FOR A FRIEND:
I was only trying to help a friend who was finally ready to date again.
I knew what she wanted in a man—smart, funny, ambitious, well-read, and plays a wicked game of badminton.
So I posted a profile for her. It seemed like a good idea at the time—I’d weed through the candidates, and bring her my top picks.
But then he responded. Is it wrong to date the guy I screened for my bestie? Not asking for a friend.
SEX AND OTHER SHINY OBJECTS:
I’ve been curious about a few things I’ve read in romance novels. Do buttons truly go flying across the floor when you rip off a guy’s shirt? Is staircase sex hella hot or does it leave you with a big old bruise mark on your back? And don’t even get me started on all that panty shredding. My best guy friend volunteers to test the scene. We have a plan to keep it PG and but once the buttons start flying, all bets are off…
ONE NIGHT STAND-IN:
My ex is the last person I want to spend 24 hours with, let alone two minutes. We didn’t just break up—we combusted.
Nothing will change that. Not his clever wit, not his ridiculous good looks, and definitely not a wild dash through the city that takes us on an accidental scavenger hunt through our past, giving us a chance to say we’re sorry. But, it’s not like you can fall in love again in 24 hours.
Or can you?
OVERNIGHT SERVICE: Top three reasons why sleeping with the enemy is a bad idea...
1. She’s my fiercest rival.
2. She’s also my fiery ex.
3. We’re competing to win the hottest new client on the market.
I do everything I can to resist her, but my libido has other plans.

Amazing collection!
You can’t go wrong with a Lauren Blakely audiobook, the only thing better is getting four full novels in one collection! I loved each of the books included, the narrators did such a good job bringing the characters to life!

Adorably sweet angst free romance
I’m a huge fan of Lauren Blakely’s audiobooks, I love her writing, and I most definitely love her narrators. So when an audio book comes out that features 4 full length standalones, all for the cost of one audiobook, it’s a no-brainer. I had to have it. All my favourite tropes - office romance, friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, lovers to enemies to lovers - I love them all. Then the narrators, all bringing the stories to life in their signature way. Here’s the lineup… Jason Clarke. Andi Arndt, Zachary Webber, Erin Mallon, Shane East, Sebastian York, Emma Wilder, Teddy Hamilton, Elena Wolf, and more, you know you’re in for a treat. Of course it’s Lauren Blakeley, so there are multiple epilogues and additional stories at the end of each standalone. If you want all the romance, lots of fun and the flirty, you can never go wrong with Lauren Blakely. Pure entertainment. Pure enjoyment. I loved it.

It’s all in the voices
Nowadays I look to see who is reading the story before I buy, and this one had nearly all of my favorites. Super.

The Boyfriend Material Collection
This book has a great selection of romance books, but also haves my favourite voices too. This is a fantastic opportunity, if you like Lauren Blakely but are not sure you will enjoy just listening with the calibre of voice actors you can't go wrong with this book.
Just brilliant.

best collection of Narrators
the narrators are the best. I just have to say, these female narrators have awesome male voices. it's confusing me 😅

A bunch of copy and paste stories
We sign up for some unoriginal content when we read romance novels, of course, but this collection is just a load of copy and paste with very minor edits between stories. Every character has the same mannerisms - the wiggling of brows - and all the male leads say the same lines about how dirty the female lead is. Many lines are almost identical across the books. All of the stories rely on the miscommunication trope i.e., everyone is just stupid enough to not say the thing until the very last section when all suddenly becomes clear in the most unrealistic of ways. I resent Audible for this recommendation after listening to Emily Henry and I resent myself for not allowing myself to abandon books I’m not enjoying. The tritest of trite.
