Very informative in my first pregnancy
I’ve enjoyed this book and I listened to it everyday during my pregnancy. I wish it had the continuation for the first year of baby’s life.

Nutritional advice really bad and dangerous
Advising to consume fish full of metal and mercury, advising for eating red meat (no 1 carcinogen by WHO) or any other meat/dairy that contains: antibiotics (as that’s what they give to animals due to bad farm factory condition), full of hormons when cow is lactating -same as woman produces lots of Estrogen- cause of breast cancer and there is correlation in cow’s milk and diabetes type 1, animals are also full of steroids- to make them grow fast and off course cholesterol and saturated fat that cause main killer of western world -heart disease! How on Earth this is advised to consume to people never mind the pregnancy?! Whole Food Plant based diet -simple and healthy delicious and off course better for the planet and the animals! The only proofed diet that not only prevent but reverse heart disease, diabetes type 2 and more.
