About this listen
Strong. Fierce. Unshakeable.
Three things I've always strived to be.
But life is unexpected. It's confusing. It's cruel.
All it takes is one blink, one blip in time, and your life is changed irrevocably.
I knew he would come for me. What I didn't anticipate was how much I would need him.
He locked me up and told me I was his forever.
Until I wasn't.
In the darkest moments since then, he was the light that kept me going.
The life I thought I didn't want, I now prayed that I'd return to.
Taking me was the easy part.
Breaking me tested my strength.
Surviving both could be my ruin.

Action packed conclusion!
Darker than book 1, Murphy Wallace gives the conclusion to Blade and Sasha's story. Don't let that detour you though. It's nothing short of an epic love stor. We pick up where book one leaves off and Sasha has been kidnapped by Jasper and his cohort in crime, Rooster. Taking her back to their MC to share and destroy, Sasha is more than scared and rightly so. No one should endure the tragedies that she goes through. But that doesn't stop Blade from finding her and bringing her home. Now on the mend, and Blade still trying to keep her safe, the two begin to rebuild their lives. Until danger comes again. Will Blade get to Sasha in time? Will their love be able to survive all the hate and destruction she has been through? This story is action packed, at times made me cringe and had me pulling for Blade and Sasha. At times I wasn't sure this was the right path for her, but their love is strong and won my heart. This is an amazing conclusion to their journey.
Angelina Rocca and Michael Norman Johnson conclude this epic motorcycle romance with all the charged emotions it deserves. Rocca is fantastic at portraying Sasha, strong, resilient and passionate, her feelings come through in every scene. Johnson is the strong, protective, overbearing alpha and he is perfect as he shows his strength yet his heart on his sleeve. These two are perfectly cast and made for a great listen

Redemption
Sasha is such a strong woman. She survives so much, she is put through absolute hell and she manages to survive and heal. It was a lot of work, physically, mentally and emotionally. She still has a ways to go, but this story really shows just how incredible she is.
The relationship between Sasha & Blade is tenuous and still has a lot of bumps along the way, but they fight for each other.
There is so much trauma and healing in this story. It’s devastating and heartbreaking, but it has just enough hope to keep you going.

Devil’s redemption
So good. I enjoyed this story very much. Everything about it was great. The narrators did a fantastic job and felt the characters. The writing was well done and answered some questions left over from book 1.

Dark and Gritty
**make sure you check TW**
This was an action packed ending to this duet. It’s dark and gritty and starts off with Sasha still being held captive. There is on page SA but Angelina Rocca was amazing portraying those emotions and having me feel the terror and pain. Sasha and Blade still had so much to work through and to heal. I loved how the club members came around to Sasha especially Stone and how she found family to support her. Blade was awesome with his patience and care for Sasha. Another great installment and ending to this duet.
