Fanstic read - so many twists and excellent ending

This book is well narrated and I was hooked from the start. Half way through the book events take a huge turn and it's edge of your seat stuff. Plenty of twists - a real page turner. I read it again a couple of months later it was so good.

It's the not knowing that's worse

What a story. It's kind of similar to 'The Girl On The Train' in some ways but this one involves a teenager instead of an adult. It's short so it's pacey and, I have to admit, I did cut out several chapters because i couldn't stand the suspense. At times it has the air of predictability but things don't turn out as you might think. The naration is so-so. The narator sounds slightly slurred and a bit bored at times which she shouldn't really do. I'd recommend this book to anyone who likes a short book to sit through in one. It's a thriller that reads like a teenager is telling it though there are times when it does revert to the third person narative. I hope that anyone reading this book enjoys it as much as I did though I think they might not but that's because a lot of my reviews are at odds with everyone else's. I'd say it's 'The Fault In Our Stars' in one way but hugely more interesting because at least it doesn't babble uselessly and at least the dying teenager lives a bit and doesn't have to wait for some pithy boyfriend to take ehr out of ehr boring babbling depression. There. I even took the opportunity in this review to slag off John greene. How good i shattered?
