I had no idea i needed to listen to this book until i listened to it. For the past year i have been experiencing a mental fog and almost constant fatigue. I have never been a super big fan of video games, and I have seen the effects of too much screen time in my family and friends and at times, even in myself. However, this book was such an eye opener! I love the layout and how everything is explained in a way anyone could understand. Knowing and saying that too much screen time is bad for you is one thing, but this book is great at making you want to make a change and simply showing you how you can do that. If you are tired of not being able to focus, of turning on your phone or device to "escape," or feeling like you can't make real connections with people around you, YOU NEED THIS BOOK! Just do it, you won't regret it.
