Helpful for kids with ADHD
I’ve tried so many things to help my son with his ADHD, and most feel like way too much or just don’t stick. This audiobook felt super low-pressure, so we gave it a shot. We’ve been doing it a few minutes a day, and he’s actually starting to remember his stuff and calm himself down faster. I didn’t expect much, but it’s helping him build habits without it turning into a whole fight. And I’m not as stressed, which is a win too.
