Real story and Real outlines

What a cracking read and listen, really nicely portrays the nutrition which I found really helpful. The great thing about this book is that he doesn’t just say “get in the gym” he states how and why and also talks about the minds set needed in east language…well worth a listen

Really interesting audio book, great advice on lots of aspects of life eating, training, mindset etc plus Brian's accent was a bonus 😊 highly recommended

Must listen/read for anyone getting starting out or wanting to up their fitness game.

I enjoyed listening to this. Full of tips on diet and workout. The information in this book is well rounded. It covers all aspects in nutrition, workouts, sleep, mental health. I liked how the author mentioned different diets such as vegan, keto…etc and does not show bias towards any of them. I’m curious to checkout his podcasts and other books. Listening to this book felt like having a conversation with a personal trainer.

Best fitness book ever!!

I've read and listened to do much fitness content over the years and nobody comes close to Brian Keane. this book is a must for anyone in whatever stage of their fitness journey. I love that mindset work is tied in... it's the foundation!!!
