Tamsin is a wonderful reader. Her voices and pace are spot on.
The story is mostly fab all the way through - standard tale then I was irked by the “tomorrow you will marry me” ending.
Modernisation would be grand.

Tamsin is excellent - story could be modernised

I'm sure this is an old story but considering what is now widely known about child abuse and grooming the messages in this story are not appropriate. Having a child's story that makes a child take a frog to bed, allow it to watch her sleep at its insistence and kiss it against her will without herr consent because she made a promise sets a concerning precedent. I don't think I need to explain any further why I do not recommend this book and believe it should be removed from audible.

Dangerous message for children

The frog threatens the princess into kissing him, saying he’ll get her into trouble again if she doesn’t. This is abuse and non-consenting. Can’t believe Audible has this.

Consent, sexual assault issues
