Being a regular, empathic human, working out how to get ahead in real estate, I found this book uplifting and informative.
There are plenty of explanations around the psychology of sales that will help you feel that you can do your job whilst minting your integrity and use your values to thrive in what can be a cut-throat industry. I can't recommend this book highly enough.
