They also speak of Earth's ascended masters and how they performed their miracles, offering step-by-step instructions for our own self-realization (otherwise known as embodied enlightenment or Christ consciousness).

Great insights and easy to listen to
I did not had the feeling that this book was 7 hours, i looked a lot less. It was easy to listen to and gave me great insights.
But I think it will be helpfull to listen to it more than once. Because I expect to hear more the next time.
Usually I listen in the car, but this book can also be interesting to listen to at home, so you can make some notes and do some exercises.
