I did not had the feeling that this book was 7 hours, i looked a lot less. It was easy to listen to and gave me great insights.
But I think it will be helpfull to listen to it more than once. Because I expect to hear more the next time.
Usually I listen in the car, but this book can also be interesting to listen to at home, so you can make some notes and do some exercises.

If you are into ascension symptoms, light language, classic new age perspectives then this is the book for you. If you are into genuine spiritual awakening then this isn't. There's genuine wisdom in this book, don't get me wrong, but there is a subtle difference between new age understanding and spiritual understanding that can be significant and show the difference between those stuck in the astral and those who go beyond into the spiritual. Most of these channelers are chosen based on their large followings and some of the things they 'channelled' (ahem) were astral and frankly made me cringe. The only exception was Matt Khan who I believe to be a very evolved soul. Some of the channelers are hijacked so there is much wisdom there but also questionable things. Use your discernment.
