Excellent

His best one yet. Dark, twisted, honourable. Vividly brings this era alive. Wish there were more.

Not as good as the others

While still good, I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others. The story wasn't as engaging. I'd still recommend it, it wasn't bad by any means, just not as good.
The narrator does an excellent job. The only thing to fault is that the Irish accent sometimes sounds more like a parody.

Loved it

I've loved all of S. G Maclean 's books that I've read so far and this was so good. I'd come to feel so much affection for the characters and even Damien Seeker started to make me chuckle. Very sad at where this book leaves us and look forward to the new one. (although it doesn't seem to promise any fun for Seeker). A brilliantly series and love the narrator of the later books.

Great finale

As with the previous Seeker books, I really enjoyed the book. The plot was fantastic. The narration was wonderful. I will miss Damien Seeker and Lady Ann.

A departure from the norm

Seeker in Bruges is a different but equally effective Cromwellian instrument. Turbulent times drawn so brilliantly by the author and narrated so wonderfully by Jonathan Keeble.
