Summary

Saul Karza, wizard of the Empire, has been given a quest by the Empress herself: To find and slay a mythical "noble dragon" - said to be near invulnerable.

Instead of leading a large band of soldiers, archers and spell casters, he sets out with two immigrant dock workers and a homeless dwarf.

What Saul needs is the legendary Last Dragon Slayer on his side because on this deadly quest, it's not only Saul's favour with the Empress that's at stake - but also his life.

mission impossible

Where does The Last Dragon Slayer rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

right up there with the best,I was drawn in right from the start, the quality of the writing and Kates narration for me worked perfectly

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Last Dragon Slayer?

the battle with the noble dragon was excellent, along side Kates narration really had me on the edge of my seat

What does Kat Rose-Martin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Kate has a wonderfully wide variety of well crafted accents that allows you to identify with the different characters very clearly, she is also very emotive, really drawing you into the story even deeper, quite mesmerizing, will definitely look out for more books she narrates

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

a disparate band of warriors from across the globe come together to accomplish the impossible, kill a noble dragon!

Poor pronunciation annoyed me.

From the first chapter the reader spoke of lightning flaash instead of flash it became more annoying as the book continued and it was evident in every chapter. Spoiled a good story.
