Absolutely Beautiful
I can’t really put into words just how special these books by James Herriot are. His writing is truly beautiful and read by Christopher Timothy I don’t know how they could be any better. Outstanding.

Love the Herriot books
Have listened to the previous books in this series and loved them all. This one did not disappoint. Lovely gentle stories of life as a country vet beautifully narrated. I can't wait to start the next one. Highly recommended

Very enjoyable
Lovely book,well read by Christopher Timothy, my only complaint is that the sound quality is poor in many places, words crackling or breaking down completely. Unusual for Audible!
